Partsverse is operated by Motorverse LLC. References to Partsverse in this notice mean the marketplace service operated by Motorverse LLC.
Information you provide
Partsverse processes account details, store profiles, listings, photos, saved vehicles, messages, support requests, orders and feedback when you use those features. Do not place passwords, card details or unnecessary personal information in listings, images or messages.
Uses and visibility
Information supports sign-in, security, store management, part discovery, communication, support and transaction records. Published listings, store details and eligible buyer feedback are public. Relevant buyers and sellers receive information for their conversations and orders. Authorized support and administrators may access records to operate the service. Public content may be indexed or copied by others.
Service providers
Partsverse runs on HurtNet, with Cloudflare providing domain and network services. Externally hosted listing images send requests to their hosts. If you use VIN decoding, your VIN is sent to the US NHTSA vPIC service; that decoder does not save it in your Partsverse account. External sites and AI services have their own privacy practices.
AI connections
An authorized agent may access data and actions allowed by its connection scopes. You control whether to grant or revoke connections. Information returned to an external AI service is also subject to that service’s practices.
Traffic and retention
Optional traffic measurement records listing impressions, clicks and views after your acceptance. Security and service logs may be generated when requests are processed. Records are retained to operate accounts, listings, support and transaction history and address disputes, security and applicable obligations. No single retention period applies to every record.
Your choices
Edit available account fields, manage saved vehicles and revoke agent connections in your workspace. Use Your Privacy Choices to reject optional measurement. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion or ask about rights where you live. We may need to verify identity; some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.
