Partsverse is operated by Motorverse LLC. References to Partsverse in this notice mean the marketplace service operated by Motorverse LLC.
Accounts and stores
Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials. Use only accounts and stores you are authorized to manage. Business approval is required to publish as a seller. Approval does not guarantee product quality, authenticity or fitment.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must have the right to sell their items and use their listing text and images. Describe condition, brand, part numbers, compatibility, availability, price, shipping and returns accurately. Counterfeit, stolen, recalled or unlawful products and misleading reviews are not permitted.
Purchases and auctions
Review the complete listing before purchasing or bidding. Prices, payment methods and auction functionality depend on the options actually enabled. A displayed listing does not by itself confirm an order or payment. Do not act through an agent without authorization.
Acceptable use
Do not harass users, access private information without permission, bypass access controls, disrupt service or publish malicious content. Agents must operate within granted permissions. Revoke unused connections.
Content and intellectual property
Sellers are responsible for submitted content and authorize Partsverse to display it to operate the marketplace. Trademarks remain the property of their owners. Report suspected infringement through support with the listing and a description of your rights.
Availability and rights
Features can change or be temporarily unavailable. Seller and third-party information may contain errors. Nothing in these notices excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Changes to these terms will be posted with an updated date.
